If you host with us there is a 12 month rolling contract which you can cancel anytime after the first 12 months. With plans that don't include hosting you can cancel anytime.

If your data is hosted with us, you will be given 30 days to migrate your data over to your new host, after 30 days your account will be cancelled and any data left on our servers will be deleted.

No, each development task must be 30 minutes or less. If you request a task that will take 1 hour then the first 30 minutes will be free and the next 30 minutes will be charged at our hourly rate of £25/h so in this scenario you will only pay £12.50 as the first 30 mins will be free.

That's true just like most things, you can do it yourself however there are times when you will run system updates on your website and before you know it your website will either stop working or your layout will become misaligned or you'll see some kind of error message. The reason for this is because certain themes and plugins conflict with one another, that's why we take extra care when updating plugins and themes and then test everything to make sure everything is still working at optimal performance.

We also monitor your website to make sure that it is not hacked, infected with viruses and not offline.

So yes you can do this yourself if you know how to but if you want professional experts to take care of the hassle then we are here for you.

We take recurring card payments or if you prefer we can setup a monthly direct debit.
